My fourth act.
People talk about retirement as if it is the last chapter. For me, it was a brief pause. This shop is my fourth act.
I live in Northwest Arkansas; I'm an artist, a writer, a farmer, and I love making things with my hands. My anti-retirement has a purpose: put a little more beauty where people already stand every morning — in front of the refrigerator.
Your life and your art deserve to live outside of your phone. That silly face that still makes you laugh? That amazing piece of art that stopped you in your tracks and made you reach for your phone to capture the feeling? Where are they now?
They should catch the light when you reach for the milk. That is the purpose. Spark joy. Bring art into the everyday.
Make something so meaningful that even though you pass it twenty times a day, you will still stop to admire it. *It's like microdosing inspiration.*
Every magnet and button in this shop is printed from a photo you choose. I make them to order in small batches from here in the Ozarks. I care about a clean crop, a glossy finish, and a piece that actually holds on the door. If the picture matters to you, it matters to me. I am grateful you found this little shop. If you are also building a meaningful life — welcome. You are in good company.
